Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Wisk together almond flour, tapioca flour, and salt. Cut butter into the flour mixture until the mixture is in smaller than pea sized pieces
Add water into mixture until a dough forms and let it rest for a few minutes
Form your dough into a ball and press it into the pie pan and work it up the sides until it is an even width. (You can add more water, a little at a time if the dough is too dry or you need to fix any cracks.) Prick the bottom of the crust with a fork to keep it from bubbling
Place a piece of parchment in the crust and add pie weights or dried beans into crust and bake for @ 15 minutes
