Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp Avocado Oil
- 1 LB Grass Fed Ground Beef or Bison
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1 Tbsp Granulated Garlic
- 2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup low sodium beef broth
- 1 8 oz block cream cheese
- 1 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese
- 12 Oz of your favorite Pasta (I use Banza)

This is really a fast and easy recipe to throw together, especially on nights when you're rushing home from wherever you've been and you don't have much time but you do want something good.
Directions
Step 1
Bring a large pot of water to boil and cook pasta according to the package directions.
Step 2
Add oil to a large skillet over high heat. Once hot at ground beef and onion. Break up the ground beef and cook for 3-4 minutes until the onions are soft and the beef is no longer pink.
Step 3
Drain any fat from the pan. Add garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
Step 4
Mix in Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, and beef broth. Bring to a simmer and cook for 8-10 minutes until it starts to thicken slightly.
Step 5
Cut cream cheese into small cubes and add to the pan. Stir until it is completely melted and gets thick.
Step 6
Add in cooked pasta and Mozzarella cheese. Stir until everything is evenly coated and the cheese is melted.
Serve immediately
