Descriptions

These bagels are crispy on the outside and soft and fluffy in the middle. Enjoy with a smear of cream cheese and your favorite toppings

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 400°F. 

Step 2

Melt mozzarella cheese and cream cheese in the microwave for 90 seconds at 30 second intervals or in a small sauce pan over medium heat stirring frequently

Step 3

In a bowl, combine eggs, baking powder, almond flour and add cheese mixture.

Step 4

Stir well, and if you need to knead with your hands.

Step 5

 Roll out logs on a parchment-lined cookie sheet and form circles to make the bagels

Step 6

Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with your favorite topping(s). 

Step 7

Bake for 16-18 minutes, Slice in half and top with cream cheese and enjoy

These will keep for up to a week in the refrigerator
