Description

Directions

Step 1

Wisk all ingredients for the sauce together in a sauce pan on low until completely combined

Step 2

Heat the wok on medium heat and then add the oil by swirling around the sides (always heat the wok first and then add the oil). Then add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 to 60 seconds, until fragrant.

Step 3

Increase heat to medium-high and add the chicken pieces. Cook for about a minute and a half  on each side, until golden brown and just cooked through.

Step 4

Push the chicken to the side of the wok. Add the eggs to the other side and scramble to cook for about 1 to 2 minutes, then mix with the chicken.

Step 5

Add any vegetables that you wish you have and then the sauce. Stir and coat everything with the sauce.

Step 6

Stir fry for about 5 minutes until your vegetables are cooked but still firm. If you are adding no vegetables, only cook until everything is coated with sauce, and hot

Step 6

Remove from heat and serve over Pad Thai noodles, Korean Glass noodles, or even Spaghetti Squash. Add your garnishes before serving

Notes

We prefer the Korean Glass noodles or spaghetti Squash.
