These light, airy donuts are not a bit greasy like fried donuts, and not grainy at all from the almond flour
Preheat oven to 300° F and grease or oil donut baking pan.
In a large bowl, mix all ingredients until smooth. Note: the batter will be thick. Fill each donut 3/4 full to allow space for them to rise.
Bake for about 10-15 minutes or until lightly browned on top. Do not over-bake; they will dry out. Remove from oven and cool for 5 minutes before removing from pan.
Melt the butter and set it aside. Mix monk fruit and cinnamon in a small bowl. Dip the tops of each donut into the butter, then into the cinnamon mixture.
These are best eaten warm, but they are great at any temperature. These also make great dippin' donuts
