One weekend I was craving Swedish Meatballs. When I looked up recipes they all had numerous ingredients, and I didn't have even half of them on hand. So after searching my pantry I came up with one that I think is just as good as (that Swedish store)

Juicy, plump meatballs in a creamy sauce with a touch of nutmeg. Easy and relatively quick to make

Place all ingredients for the meatballs in a large bowl and mix well with your hands
Make small, bite-sized meatballs with your hands or a small cookie scoop
Heat avocado oil in a large saute pan and cook all sides until almost done, about 10 minutes total
In a small saucepan, blend 4 T base with 1/4 cold water
Add 1 C beef stock and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until the soup thickens. Set aside from the heat.
In a separate saucepan, melt butter and cream cheese together over medium heat. Add Worcestershire sauce and Nutmeg. Stir and cook 5 minutes until combined.
Stir reconstituted soup into butter sauce and cook over medium heat for about 5 mintues.
Add meatballs to the sauce and cook for 15 minutes.
Serve over mashed cauliflower or butter noodles
